Afternoon Aquacardio:

May 21 to June 13th 3:15 to 4:15 pm Tuesday/Thursday

land classes:

Somatics :

May 21st to June 13th from 10:45 am to 11:45 am Tuesday/Thursday

Ball Class is in session right now until May 28th.

New Ball session:

June 4th to June 27th from 8 am to 9 am Tuesday/Thursday

Pool schedule is altered during the water classes, so please keep that in mind!
